Stuttgart is renowned for being one of the greenest cities in Europe. A “Green U” stretches for 8 km through the city from the Palace Gardens in the centre to the Höhenpark Killesberg. Footbridges and bridges connect the Palace Gardens, the Villa Berg Park, the Rosenstein Park, the Wilhelma, the Warberg, and the Feuerbacher Heide to the Kräherwald.

Stuttgart is home to the headquarters of many global companies including Daimler AG, Porsche, IBM, HP.

Cultural diversity is guaranteed with over 60 theatres in the city alone including the Stuttgart State Opera, the largest 3-branch theatre in the world along with the State Art Gallery as well as a further 55 museums and galleries.

Waiblingen
Surrounded by vineyards, Waiblingen lies in the picturesque Rems valley characterised by the winegrowing industry. Daily destinations in Stuttgart, Esslingen, Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen and Stuttgart-Feuerbach can be reached quickly and easily. Waiblingen is also very well linked to the public transport system in the Stuttgart region.

Böblingen/Sindelfingen
750 years history as well as high-profile industry and recreation await you in Böblingen. In close proximity to Daimler AG’s largest passenger car plant, Böblingen is also ideally situated for access to Stuttgart International Airport, the Stuttgart motorway junction as well as the state capital, Stuttgart and the middle Neckar valley.

Denkendorf

Ostfildern-Nellingen

Ostfildern-Ruit

Esslingen
Nestling in the Neckar valley and surrounded by vineyards and forests, the old former Free Imperial City of Esslingen am Neckar looks back on a history of over 1,200 years.

Esslingen offers many captivating sights including the oldest row of half-timbered houses in Germany, a well-preserved medieval town centre as well as Germany’s oldest sparkling wine cellars.

Esslingen is an important site for the metalworking industry in the middle Neckar valley. It is ideally situated for the state capital Stuttgart, the Daimler plants in Untertürkheim and Brühl/Weil, for Stuttgart International Airport, the New Trade Fair Centre and the motorways A8 and A 81.

Deizisau
Deizisau is known as a “Pearl of Schwabia”.

Lying on the banks of the river Neckar, ideally located on the B10 connecting Stuttgart and Ulm, Deizisau has much to offer with its surrounding meadows and forests as well as commerce and industry including engineering, electrical engineering, beverages and the paper and printing industry.

The listed “Zehntscheuer” dated 1567 serves as a main attraction for young and old as well as for many clubs and visitors to the town.

Plochingen
Our accommodation here is in the historical centre of the medieval-looking town of Plochingen, in the pedestrian zone opposite the half-timbered “Old Town Hall” and just 5 minutes on foot from the “Hundertwasser Haus” designed by the architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser.

The recreation area of the former state garden show and the “Pfaffenhalde” slopes with their orchards are each about 10 minutes away. Esslingen is 10 minutes away by car, Stuttgart approx 25 minutes and the A8 motorway approx 10 minutes.

Wernau
Wernau is very well situated for Esslingen and Stuttgart as well as for the Filder area, Stuttgart International Airport and the A8 motorway. Wernau is located near the natural conservation area of the “Wernauer Quarry Ponds” and this together with its choice of shops and restaurants make it a charming and enjoyable place to live.
